ALL DELIVERIES

Delivery is calculated on a per item basis, accordingly if you are purchasing multiple items for delivery it may be worth contacting us to see if we can apply a discount to your order.On acceptance of your order we aim to deliver the product(s) within 3 working days, subject to availability and delivery location.

If no-one is in when the couriers call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your order. You must then follow the instructions on the card. One redelivery attempt may be scheduled at that stage; if no instruction is received the couriers will automatically reattempt delivery the next working day. Propress will not pay the cost of a second redelivery attempt.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Currently this e-commerce site is only enabled in Australia.

If you are enquiring about purchasing a Propress Steamer from outside of this region, or for delivery to outside of these regions, please email steam@propress.com.au directly or call us on 1800 STEAMS (1800 783 267). Freight costs will vary depending on your location, and we may refer you to one of our overseas distributors.

RETURNS

The description of all items contained on this website are as accurate as possible, please carefully read the specification of the product you are ordering and ensure it suits your needs.

We do not offer a money back guarantee, however if you wish to exchange an unused product for a superior model in the range we can arrange this and you will be charged the prevailing collection fee together with a $50 checking/repacking fee and the difference in cost of the superior product selected.

Please ensure that you read the instructions carefully for any product you have purchased, misuse and failure to follow manufacturer’s / owner service procedures will void your warranty. We do offer return to base servicing and in the event that your product requires servicing please contact us at steam@propress.com.au or on free phone 1800 STEAMS (1800 783 267).

We offer a 14 day cooling-off period after any online purchase. If you do decide to arrange to return your purchase you will be charged the prevailing collection fee together with a $50 checking/repacking fee. Any damage to or losses from the item will also be chargeable.
